For 2 weeks (May 15-June 1), we read bedtime stories every night. The second edition of the “Fairytales from Home” campaign, initiated alongside the TV journalist, Ilinca Avram, has ended. 18 protagonists, who believe in our mission, brought us, night after night, into the world of “once upon a time”, and we thank them for their involvement:
108 representatives of the medical system from Bălți, Drochia, Dondușeni and Glodeni received emergency medical bags, equipped with an electronic hand scale with a bag and a measuring mat. This equipment can be used in the context of home visiting for the supervision of a healthy child. Each set offered to the representatives of the medical system costs 1443 lei.
At the fifth edition of the “Meaning of the Fasting” campaign, launched by CCF Moldova this year, 93,652 lei were raised. This money money will be used to support 34 mothers who grew up without mothers, and now as parents, they are having a hard time.
For the second consecutive year, CCF Moldova and Ilinca Avram is launching the social campaign “Tales from home”, which aim is to support each child and respect the right to grow up in a harmonious, safe and protected environment.
On May 12, 2021, the fourth 3-day workshop began, organized by the CCF/HHC Moldova team, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research and the financial support of the HHC and RELX organization from Great Britain.
On April 19, 2021, the CCF Moldova team organized the last workshop “Parental support for children with hearing impairment in collaboration with local specialists”, held in 3 simultenious sessions, attended by 29 parents of children with hearing impairment within the project “Inclusion of children with hearing impairments in the education system” (July 2019 – June 2021), with the financial support of the HHC / RELX organization from Great Britain.
In the context of the 17th anniversary of the “Child, Community, Family” Organization, I had a dialogue with the chairperson and founder of the organization, Liliana Rotaru.

Today, on the first day of LENT, we are launching “The Meaning of fasting” campaign for the fifth year in a row. In the next seven weeks (March 15-May 2) we will encourage the people to fats with a meaning, because People need People. Only together will we be able to help those in despair and trouble.
The HOPE project – The Holistic Approach to Child Protection in Moldova – aims to promote and protect the rights of children in the Republic of Moldova. We work with children, young people, parents, caregivers, parental assistants, social workers, teachers, entrepreneurs, local and central authorities, as well as the community on measures to prevent violence against children.
